Our Team
Pavel brings over 20 years of engineering rigor to the intersection of software and the life sciences. His career spans from architecting high-reliability data systems at Garmin and Sony to leading clinical genomics pipelines at Invitae and Tempus AI. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.S. in Biotechnology from Northwestern University with a focus in Synthetic Biology. Through Instrumented Science, he consults for biotech companies and research institutions on bioinformatics, cheminformatics, deep learning, and software infrastructure.
